Summary: The HR Manager role involves overseeing the Talent and Operations Team within a busy People Operations environment in Longbridge. This fully office-based temporary position is expected to last for 3 to 6 months, focusing on compliance, talent acquisition, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, mentor, and manage the Talent and Operations Team to drive performance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage compliance, talent acquisition, and general operations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies for talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Provide timely support and guidance on HR issues to the Talent & Operations Team.
  • Implement robust operational procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People Services on the implementation of a new HR Information System.
  • Develop positive relationships with Senior Leaders and managers to influence strategy and ensure alignment with business needs.

Key Skills:

We have partnered with our client who are looking for a HR Manager to join their busy People Operations team in Longbridge. ** THIS IS FULLY OFFICE-BASED SO YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO LONGBRIDGE ** The temporary contract will initially be for a period of 3 months, possibly extending to 6 months, depending on how busy it is and what projects they have pending. As an experienced HR/People Services Manager your duties will involve: You will be responsible for overseeing, mentoring and managing the Talent and Operations Team, driving performance and operational efficiency The HR/People Services Manager will be responsible for managing compliance, talent acquisition and general operations Assist with developing and implementing strategies for talent management, succession planning and employee engagement Overseeing HR issues and providing timely support and guidance to the Talent & Operations Team.
