We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a busy HR team within a well-established manufacturing business in Wrexham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong Employee Relations experience to make an immediate impact, supporting the business through a number of ongoing employee relations cases.
The Role
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring all processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with current employment legislation.
- Reviewing and managing ongoing grievance cases
- Advising management on appropriate next steps and potential outcomes
- Supporting grievance investigations and appeal processes
- Providing expert guidance on employment law and HR best practice
- Ensuring all documentation and procedures are compliant and accurate
- Offering generalist HR support where required
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including grievances and appeals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work independently and provide confident HR guidance
- A proactive approach and the ability to hit the ground running
