Summary: The HR Manager role at a professional SME in Southampton involves enhancing employee engagement and wellbeing while managing employee relations issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve employee engagement and explore wellbeing and welfare initiatives.
  • Support the team with employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management.
  • Implement HR strategies in collaboration with senior management.
  • Outline and roll out a learning and development programme to enhance employee development and retention.
  • Continually develop HR processes related to inductions, recruitment, and talent management.
