Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the Manufacturing Industrial Relations strategy.
- Build effective relationships with trade unions, managers and senior stakeholders.
- Provide advice on collective agreements, industrial relations matters and employment issues.
- Identify and manage IR risks, supporting practical and constructive solutions.
- Support operational leaders with complex employee relations and workforce matters.
- Produce clear communications, reports and guidance to promote consistency across the business.
About You
- Strong HR and industrial relations experience, ideally in a unionised and operationally complex environment.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and experience working with collective agreements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Commercially aware, pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in manufacturing would be highly advantageous.
