Summary: The HR Manager role at GXO involves leading HR initiatives at a new site in Avonmouth, focusing on employee retention and the integration of HR practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze management information such as labor turnover and absence statistics to support business decisions.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role, preferably with startup experience.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.
- CIPD qualified to level 5 or 7.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
