Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor within a small-to-medium-sized organization.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law and the ability to apply it pragmatically to complex employee relations scenarios.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional HR experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive personnel matters with high discretion.
