Summary: The role of Interim HR Manager involves overseeing HR operations for a growing international organization across both UK and US teams for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist who can work autonomously and streamline HR processes while ensuring compliance with local legislation. This position requires a proactive approach to employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. The role also involves collaboration with senior stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and implement people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations across both UK and US teams, ensuring compliance with local legislation
  • Review and align internal policies, procedures, and systems
  • Advise on employee relations issues and support managers with best-practice HR guidance
  • Lead on recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and people initiatives
  • Balance day-to-day execution with strategic input where needed

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience as an HR generalist or HR manager
  • Strong working knowledge of UK and US Employment Law
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiar with HR systems (e.g. MoorePay or similar)
