Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the performance development review process.
  • Ensure effective management of employee relations, including discipline and grievance procedures.
  • Monitor absence management and support managers in managing absence effectively.
  • Oversee occupational health services, ensuring timely referrals and appropriate case management.
