Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start.
Key Areas of the Role
- Operate as an HR expert to advise, guide and support employees and managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the HR service to the organisation
- Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations and disciplinary procedures to resolution.
- Manage the administration and compliance of the HR policies & procedures
Requirements for the Role
- CIPD level 5 qualification
- Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and of working across a full HR generalist remit
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to coach and influence
