Summary: The HR Manager will serve as an autonomous practitioner within the Medicine and Community Services operational HR Team, providing senior HR advice and guidance. This role involves monitoring casework, ensuring adherence to service standards, and supporting complex HR matters, particularly within the NHS. The position requires collaboration with the Director of Operations and managing relationships with various stakeholders. The role is initially for 6 months, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the efficient delivery of the operational HR Team.
- Provide senior HR advice on policies, employment terms, and legislation.
- Monitor casework activity and ensure balanced capacity across the team.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and policy timescales.
- Undertake quality assurance of HR processes.
- Develop relationships with internal and external customers.
- Navigate complex employee relations issues with trade unions.
- Support organisational change processes and job evaluations.
- Report performance against key performance indicators.
- Develop HR policies, processes, and operating procedures.
Key Skills:
