Summary: The HR Manager role is an interim position for three months within a growing logistics company, focusing on operational HR matters and leading key HR projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage operational HR related matters across the organisation.
- Lead HR projects including reviewing and developing recruitment and onboarding approaches.
- Review and create HR policies.

- Manage recruitment campaigns.
- Act as a point of contact for all HR queries.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 (desirable).
- HR generalist experience.
- Ability to lead and deliver HR projects.
- Good understanding and knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft 365.
