Summary: As the HR Manager, you will be integral in managing the full employee life-cycle, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and implementing strategic HR initiatives. This role is hands-on and requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach. You will serve as the primary HR contact for the organization, supporting various HR activities and projects. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business across the full employee life-cycle

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification

A well established and respected organisation are looking to recruit a full time HR Manager on a 12 month FTC. Based in Bristol.

Profile

A successful HR Manager will:-

  • Ideally be CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualified
  • Have experience of working in an autonomous HR Manager role
  • Understanding of current UK employment legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail
