This dynamic and rewarding position is integral to our people strategy, focusing on emotional wellbeing, cultural growth, and people management.Key Responsibilities But Not Limited ToProcess Management Support: Manage casework including disputes, disciplinaries, grievances, absences, retirements, and redundancies. Support managers during these meetings to build their confidence and skills.Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies to drive performance and ensure compliance in alignment with our company values.-Employee Support: Address daily HR enquiries and support managers with team-related issues, ensuring a compassionate and efficient approach.HR Strategy Alignment: Ensure HR strategies are consistently applied across the group, supporting change and aligning them with business goals.Wellbeing: Champion employee wellbeing initiatives and offer support to management and staff to foster a supportive and healthy work environment.Benefits and Rewards: Offer advice on employee benefits and work on reward strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.Learning and Development: Provide coaching and personal development support to managers, enhancing their ability to lead effectively.
