Key Responsibilities:

This HR Manager role covers everything from employee relations and safer recruitment to onboarding, payroll input, compliance, and staff wellbeing. You’ll need to be confident managing casework, advising line managers, and navigating the challenges of a busy education setting.
We’re looking for a HR Manager who:
- Holds CIPD Level 5 or above
- Has strong employee relations experience, including case management and policy implementation
- Has experience supporting or running payroll
- Can confidently act as a generalist, balancing strategic projects with day-to-day HR operations
- Is discreet, organised, and thrives in a role with real autonomy
