Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert ER support and oversight across complex case management.
- Working closely with the Head of People Partnering, People Partners, and HR Advisors.
- Ensuring consistency in ER advice and process by developing clear casework guidance, templates, and process maps.
- Taking the lead on key and high-risk ER cases and offering backfill support when needed.
- Supporting the development of high-quality HR data and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Reviewing and improving key family-friendly policies and processes in collaboration with the Payroll team.
