Summary: The HR Manager role is a temporary position requiring an immediate start, focused on establishing foundational HR practices within a growing company. The successful candidate will develop policies, recruitment strategies, and employee benefits while ensuring compliance with employment laws. This position involves a proactive approach to managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a structured process for attracting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
- Creating a smooth transition for new employees through necessary information, introductions, and training.
- Setting clear expectations, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback for development.
- Managing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Identifying training needs and providing opportunities for employee skill development.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations regarding hiring, termination, workplace safety, and data privacy.
