Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional HR advisory services and support the implementation of HR strategy, policy, and procedures.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and support compliance with legal legislation.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring timely filling of vacancies.
  • Coach and mentor senior managers on people policies and drive performance management.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and recognition across the company.
  • Manage employee relations procedures, including disciplinary and grievance investigations.
  • Oversee the administration of annual salary reviews and bonus schemes.
  • Initiate and deliver training programs, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
  • Build relationships with union representatives and manage employee benefit offerings.
  • Complete monthly reports and ensure timely processing of payroll changes.

Key Skills:

  • Degree qualified with CIPD level 7 or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in HR, particularly in GDPR, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and best HR practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence senior managers.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and workload prioritization skills.
