HR Manager - 12 Month FTC Sheffield | Hybrid (2 days onsite) Up to £45,000 + outstanding benefits

Looking for a role where you can truly partner, influence and make an impact ? We’re supporting a highly respected organisation in Sheffield to appoint an HR Manager on a 12 month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward thinking HR team during a period of ongoing evolution.

You’ll work closely with front office business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor across employee relations, talent, engagement and organisational change . This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll coach managers, support performance and drive people initiatives aligned to business goals.

We’re looking for a credible, proactive HR generalist who enjoys building relationships, isn’t afraid to challenge, and thrives in a fast paced environment.
