Summary: This role seeks an experienced HR & Learning Enterprise Architect to develop and govern the technology strategy for HR & Learning within a leading UK firm. The architect will create a roadmap for investment priorities and ensure solutions align with established standards. The position requires maintaining technical knowledge of HR & Learning platforms and overseeing the design of fit-for-purpose solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR & Learning platform implementation and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge including current, emerging, and future technology market trends and their impact on the business.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the client's technology ecosystem, including the main applications and technologies that interact with HR & Learning technologies.
- Build HR & Learning roadmaps and solutions.
- Govern relevant technology choices within the firm.
- Help solution architects and projects design solutions that conform to standards and patterns.
Key Skills:
- Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Performance), SF Integration Centre.
- Understanding of SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qualtrics, and OpenText.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, e.g., attraction and engagement, assessment and selection, offer management and onboarding, and performance and succession management.
- Extensive experience in HR & Learning Platform implementation with a minimum of 6 years acting as technical lead.
- Design of complex integrations between HR & Learning Platforms and other enterprise solutions.
- Experience of working with Agile SDLC methods.
- Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches.
