Summary: The HR Lead for the HRIS Project at Tarmac will oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and the integration partner to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SuccessFactors and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR solutions. This is a fixed-term contract expected to last one year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding solutions with precision and timeliness
- Manage the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding workstream
- Collaborate with Tarmac Implementation Teams and integration partner for a seamless transition to SuccessFactors
- Define, document, and optimise HR processes in alignment with HR policies and compliance requirements
- Capture HR-related requirements with wider HR and business teams for accurate configuration
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR functions to ensure fit for purpose
- Oversee data migration and cutover activities
- Support integrations and interfaces
- Identify and address implementation issues while maintaining high-quality solutions
- Develop and refine business processes in alignment with needs
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to exceed growth targets
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure smooth handover of fully implemented HR modules to the Operations team

HRIS Project - HR Lead

As part of our ongoing Transformation Programme, we are looking for an HR Lead to support our ambitious HRIS Programme on a fixed term contract basis . The role of HR Lead in the HRIS project will be responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors, working closely with the organisations implementation partner. This role has a key role to undertake within the Tarmac project team.
As the HR lead you will be an experienced SuccessFactors functional consultant or a Senior HR Manager with experience of implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Recruitment and Onboarding. You'll have a passion for creating people solutions and a strong desire and commitment for the delivery of customer satisfaction. This role will be key in identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes within organisational guidelines. This is a Fixed term contract expected to last one year.

Main Responsibilities
In this role you'll:
- Implement Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding solutions with precision and timeliness
- Be responsible for managing the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & onboarding workstream
- Collaborate with the wider Tarmac Implementation Teams and our integration partner to ensure a seamless move to SuccessFactors
- Define, document, and optimise the HR processes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's HR policies and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with the wider HR and business teams to capture HR-related requirements to assist with ensuring they are accurately configured
- Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR functions to verify that Employee Central, Recruitment and onboarding is fit for purpose
- Be responsible for data migration and cutover activities
- Support integrations and interfaces
- Identify and address any issues in the implementation, maintaining a commitment to delivering a high-quality solution

- An understanding of integrating and interfaces into HR solutions within complex IT environments across multiple HR systems and platforms
- To be able to demonstrate a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience in SuccessFactors solutions
