Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR activity linked to the divestment programme and asset disposals
- Manage TUPE transfers, employee identification and ELI preparation
- Deliver restructuring and redundancy programmes
- Develop workforce plans to maintain business continuity
- Identify critical roles and implement retention strategies
- Advise senior leadership on employee relations and people risk
- Ensure HR processes remain legally compliant and robust
- Prepare HR information for due diligence and potential buyers
- Support managers and employees through organisational change
- Line manage and support the HR Generalist
Key Skills:
- Experienced HR professional with strong change management experience

The role will support a 15-month divestment programme, overseeing the people strategy required for asset disposals, TUPE transfers, restructuring and redundancy activity.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide practical HR guidance while ensuring the organisation remains compliant, stable and well supported through the transition.
