Summary: This role is for an HR Knowledge Management Consultant within a rapidly expanding organization, focusing on enhancing HR operations through effective knowledge management practices. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the London office and two days of remote work. The initial contract is for six months, with potential for extension, and involves collaborating with HR teams to optimize processes and improve service delivery. The consultant will curate knowledge repositories, analyze HR processes, and develop training resources to support knowledge management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and maintain HR knowledge repositories, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, searchable, and regularly updated
  • Map current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes using tools such as Lucidchart
  • Observe and liaise with the HR Operations team to identify pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Understand and build into recommendations any barriers to enacting upon process improvement or optimisation recommendations
  • Provide analysis and independent recommendations to HR leadership which optimises end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, talent mobility, offboarding, payroll)
  • Support a 3-tier Knowledge Management model (processes, procedures, work instructions) for HR operations, managers and employees
  • Manage the full knowledge article lifecycle – creation, review, publication, and retirement for HR documentation
  • Develop training resources and lead sessions to build knowledge management capabilities across HR teams
  • Support the design and implementation of standard operating procedures, guides and comprehensive process documentation
  • Create engaging, well-structured, and searchable knowledge resources that accelerate HR service delivery
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders globally, balancing global standards with local legal and compliance needs

Key Skills:

  • Track record of successfully managing knowledge within an HR environment
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, highly regulated or professional services organisations
  • Previous experience of supporting projects or transformations across the employee lifecycle

Your new company
A rapidly expanding organisation with locations across Europe and North America which has just gone through an expansion project.
This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.

Your new role
This role is for an initial 6-month period with the potential for this role to extend.

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented HR Knowledge Management Consultant with expertise in driving knowledge sharing, designing and enabling efficient content management, and supporting knowledge strategy across the HR team through effective knowledge practices.

Experience working in complex, matrixed, highly regulated or professional services organisations is ideal and previous experience of supporting projects or transformations across the employee lifecycle is advantageous.
