Summary: The HR Intern will support the HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment, onboarding, and internal communications at the Head Office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting interns, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents, and perform right to work checks.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with change of detail letters.
  • Research external training courses and manage internal training communications.
  • Coordinate internal events and assist in creating multimedia content for communication platforms.
  • Support the wider HR team with project-related work and centres of excellence.

  • Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
  • Creativity and basic skills in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva).
