Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in four key placements: HR Business Partnering, Talent Development, International Placement, and Final Placement.
• Gain exposure to employee relations, organizational change, and business projects.

• Engage with various HR functions and contribute to interesting projects across the business.
• Work with mentors and attend development workshops to enhance skills.

Key Skills:

• 2:2 degree qualification (achieved or expected) and 5 GCSEs Grade A-C including Maths & English.
• Strong interest in the logistics industry.
