About The Role

Ready to let your career take flight ? We’re on the hunt for a people-powered HR Graduate Apprentice to join our friendly (and slightly wind-obsessed) HR team here at Full Circle Wind Services . This is no ordinary HR role—it’s your ticket to learning the ins and outs of HR in a fast-paced, growing renewable energy company that literally keeps the world spinning . You’ll gain hands-on experience across all things HR while working towards a fully funded Bachelor’s degree in Business Management —and yes, we’ll cheer you on every step of the way. You’ll also join our Emerging Talent Programme , where you’ll meet other apprentices and grads who are riding the same career breeze as you.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Windy Adventures)

• Recruitment – Finding Future Wind Heroes
• Post job adverts that stand out (just like this one!).
• Screen CVs and help shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and give new hires the warmest, windiest welcome.
• HR Operations – Keeping the HR Engine Turning
• Update employee records and keep our HR system in tip-top shape.
• Draft contracts, letters, and HR documents like a pro.
• Help with HR data reporting (we promise it’s more fun than it sounds).
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) – Because Everyone Belongs in the Wind Revolution
• Get involved in initiatives that create an inclusive and positive workplace.
• Help out with DEI events and reporting.
• HR Projects – Spin Up New Ideas
• Assist the HR Manager with special projects to make our team stronger, smarter, and happier.

Who We’re Looking For

A recent school leaver or early-career professional ready to start an HR career with a twist of renewable energy. Eligible for a graduate apprenticeship (A-levels, Scottish Highers, or equivalent). A people-person with a positive attitude and a sense of humour (wind puns are a bonus). Great communication and organizational skills. Curious, detail-oriented, and up for learning new things. Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to travel occasionally to our offices in Leeds or Amersfoort (passport optional, but enthusiasm essential!).
