What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Executive based in Wythenshawe, you will become an integral part of the team responsible for delivering exceptional HR support throughout the business. Your ability to handle sensitive information discreetly will be essential as you assist with payroll administration, benefits management, and confidential documentation related to flexible working or family leave. Support recruitment campaigns by preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and participating in interview panels as needed to ensure a seamless hiring process. Coordinate all aspects of onboarding for new starters, including drafting offer letters, conducting background checks, preparing contracts, and organising induction schedules to foster positive first impressions. Maintain accurate employee records by setting up digital files, tracking probation periods, managing offboarding activities such as exit interviews and leaver documentation to ensure compliance and consistency. Assist with employee-related documentation for flexible working requests, maternity/paternity or adoption leave, and other life events while providing timely follow-up and support. Help organise internal training sessions and company events by managing diaries, sending communications, and ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
What you bring:
To excel as a Human Resources Executive in this organisation, you will bring proven experience from previous administrative positions within human resources or similar fields where precision was crucial.
