Summary: The HR Employee Relations Specialist role is a contract position based in Dublin, Ireland, focusing on providing comprehensive HR support within an IT company. The specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations, onboarding, and performance management while ensuring compliance with Irish employment law. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and has the potential for contract extension beyond the initial six months. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle HR support to employees and managers, including onboarding performance management, employee relations and offboarding
- Partner with site lead and hiring managers on the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support the maintenance of accurate HR records and documentation
- Identify areas for process improvement
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Previous HR experience, especially within ER, demonstrating a strong understanding of Irish employment law and best practices
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
