- Strong background in complex, matrixed organisations, ideally within an IT Consulting firm
- Comfortable working with senior leaders in commercially driven environments
- Experience in transformation, workforce planning, and organisational change
- Strong ER and stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to public sector or regulated environments is beneficial

- Experience in transformation, workforce planning, and organisational change
- Strong ER and stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to public sector or regulated environments is beneficial
We will also consider highly experienced Senior HRBPs with strong leadership credentials and relevant scale exposure, particularly those based in or near the West Midlands.
