Summary: The role of HR Director involves leading the people agenda for a large UK business unit within a globally recognized IT services and consulting organization. - Strategic workforce planning aligned to business and client demand
- Talent attraction, retention, and succession planning
- Culture, morale, and employee engagement across a hybrid workforce
- Complex employee relations and industrial relations, including trade unions
- Leadership coaching and influencing at senior level
- DEI strategy and implementation
- People analytics and data-driven decision making
- HR partnership on client bids, transitions, and restructures
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years demonstrable HRD or People Director experience
- Experience managing a workforce of 2,000+ employees
- Senior HRBP candidates with strong, relevant experience will be considered
- Senior HR leadership background in a large, matrixed organization - IT services or consulting preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
- Proven track record in transformation, workforce planning, and complex employee relations
- Public sector or regulated environment experience is advantageous
- BPSS clearance eligibility required

The Essentials
