Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the People/HR function and develop a robust framework for efficient systems and processes.
- Support the Chief People Officer in building people practices and embedding good management practices.
- Lead the EDI & Staff Engagement function to enhance employee engagement and organizational values.
- Coach and support managers to become empowered leaders who inspire their teams.
- Ensure employees have access to development opportunities to reach their full potential.
- Encourage constructive two-way dialogue to keep employees informed and engaged.
