Working closely with senior HR stakeholders, you will help ensure that reward processes run smoothly, employee benefits are effectively managed, payroll governance is maintained, and business leaders have access to accurate and insightful people data.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting compensation and benefits programmes, payroll governance, and HR reporting across a complex, multi-country organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the delivery of annual compensation activities, including salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and incentive programmes.
  • Assist with the administration and governance of employee benefits across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as a key contact for payroll governance, supporting local HR teams and helping ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
  • Maintain and enhance HR dashboards, reports and analytics within Workday and other reporting tools.
  • Provide compensation, benefits and workforce data analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful people insights.
  • Ensure HR, reward, benefits and payroll data is accurate, up to date and maintained in line with governance standards.
  • Support statutory and external reporting requirements, including pay gap and remuneration reporting.
  • Contribute to reward, HR systems and process improvement projects, while providing guidance and training to HR colleagues where required.

Profile: A successful HR Data Specialist (Reward & Benefits) should have:

  • Experience managing and analysing HR data
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience producing reports through HR systems such as Workday and/or advanced Excel reporting.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Job Offer

  • Salary of £40,000 to £42,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • 6 - 9 months FTC
  • Excellent benefits package.
