Annapurna is supporting a major Financial Services client on a large-scale Workday transformation across Europe. As part of this programme, we’re seeking an Interim Data Migration Lead to take ownership of the full end-to-end HR data migration workstream.
This role is critical in ensuring clean, compliant and accurate data is migrated from legacy systems into Workday across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data migration strategy and execution for a global Workday deployment
- Manage data mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, system integrators and local market SMEs
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with EU data regulations
