Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a leading global manufacturer in Sheffield who are looking to appoint a HR Data Analyst on an 3 month temporary basis . Reporting into the HR Business partner, the role will involve providing key data insights for stakeholders throughout the business.

As a HR Data Analyst, your role will include:

  • Collating and analysing key HR metrics with a focus on absence management
  • Highlighting areas where issues are impacting performance
  • Conducting in depth analysis of HR People Metrics
  • Interpreting large data sets to identify key trends
  • Producing visual reports that tell the story behind the data
  • Support HR leadership with evidence-based insights to drive change

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Data analysis role and will have Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills. Our client would also consider a Graduate with strong experience in translating data who is immediately available.
