Job Title: HR Data Analyst
Location: Reading (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite per week)
Contract: 6 months (Potential Extension)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to support a highly secure and regulated environment. This role focuses on analysing HR data, generating insights, and supporting the improvement of HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyse, and interpret HR data to support business decision-making
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights
- Work with HR systems (eg, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent or similar)
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process and service improvement
- Support HR projects and system enhancements
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in testing and maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS)
Key Requirements
- Experience working with HR data and HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly
- Experience in process improvement or HR system enhancements
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Power BI or dashboard creation
- Experience working in a regulated or government environment
- Understanding of HR processes, policies, and data structures
Working Pattern
- Hybrid working model
- Minimum 1 day onsite per week, with flexibility up to 2 days depending on business needs
