  • Manage submissions to the Executive Team and follow up on necessary actions.
  • Take detailed minutes in meetings and maintain personnel files in line with GDPR standards.
  • Answer calls, manage postal queries, and respond to reference requests.
  • Assist the recruitment team during peak times, including handling new starter paperwork and conducting DBS checks.
  • Support HR Business Partners in various projects.

What You'll Do
