Description
- Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Lead and coordinate the Learning & Development Training Programme.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the HRIS project, including data management, workflow development and system integration activities ahead of the new system launch.
- Assist with employee queries and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with learning and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analyse people data to support business decision-making.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with wider business departments to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
Profile: A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- Previous experience within a Human Resources or administrative role, ideally gained within a professional services environment.
- Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a wider team.
Job Offer
