Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of employee onboarding and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare offers of employment and offer packs for new joiners.
- Process new joiners onto required systems and ensure right to work checks are carried out.
- Communicate new starters to payroll and update relevant departments.
- Ensure timely acknowledgements to resignations and process leavers from all relevant systems.
- Arrange return of company equipment and conduct exit interviews.
- Respond to employee queries and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Manage changes to employee records and support with organizing training events.
- Process purchase orders and invoices for suppliers and support broader HR projects.

Your new company
You will be working for a well established media firm based in Central London.
This role will operate on a hybrid working model with an expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.
Your new role
You will be working as a HR Coordinator on an initial 6-12 month FTC with the potential to become permanent.
Some duties will include:
- On-boarding:
Manage the administration of employee onboarding – ensuring relevant approvals are obtained.
Prepare offers of employment and offer packs ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners to the agency and compliance to internal procedures.
Process new joiners accurately onto all the required systems (Reach, Register, Workrite).
Ensure right to work checks are carried out and records maintained.
Communicate new starters to payroll
Ensure all relevant departments are updated and tickets are raised to ensure the new joiner has IT and building access. - Off-boarding:
Ensure timely acknowledgements to resignations.
Process leavers from all relevant systems and payroll, ensuring holiday is calculated correctly.
Arrange the return of all company equipment.
Ensure exit interviews are arranged to enable the agency to better understand feedback from outgoing employees and gather trends on the employee experience.
Ensure all systems are updated when employee leave the agency - General:
Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
Ensure Reach data is accurate and up to date
Manage changes to employee records – including processing of pay reviews, promotions and extension to fixed term contracts
Support with organising adhoc training events
Process purchase orders and invoices for suppliers
Support on broader HR projects as required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR position.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an annual salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on previous experience.
