Key Responsibilities:
- Working in partnership with the HR team to provide expert advice and support to organisations on HR matters

- Reviewing, developing and implementing updated HR policies, and procedures in line with organisational goals, and employment law
- Ensuring that HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Reviewing and developing job descriptions, designing recruitment strategies, and assisting in the selection process such as screening candidates

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Consultant to join our client based in London, this role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days a week required onsite.
The ideal HR Consultant will support the HR team with the day-to-day responsibilities of the HR directorate; the ideal candidate will have operated at a similar level.
The duties of the HR Consultant include:
- Working in partnership with the HR team to provide expert advice and support to organisations on HR matters
- Advising senior management and leadership teams on employee relations, managing performance and fostering a positive work environment
- Reviewing, developing and implementing updated HR policies, and procedures in line with organisational goals, and employment law

The HR Consultant will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands, whilst working in a high-pressured environment.
