Key Responsibilities:

- Support organisational change initiatives within the Council and with partner organisations.
- Advise on HR policies and procedures, including maternity, paternity, and other types of leave.
- Deliver accurate management information and data analysis to support workforce planning.
- Plan and facilitate learning events on various HR topics.
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
Key Skills:
