Summary: The HR Consultant role involves partnering with the Business Partnering team to implement HR initiatives and manage change projects within a global Energy provider's Solihull office. This position is a 6-month contract offering a competitive hourly rate, focusing on talent development, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies. The consultant will also support organizational change and contribute to various HR projects across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Partnering team to deliver HR initiatives and change projects.
- Apply HR policies and procedures consistently at a local level.
- Use data insights to spot trends and improve working practices.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Assist with Trade Union and Business Forum consultations.
- Coach leaders to handle people processes independently.
- Support organisational change for positive business and employee outcomes.
- Manage HR processes effectively, ensuring compliance and proper use of systems.
- Contribute to HR projects across departments and regions.
- Help managers handle complex employee relations cases.
