Key fintech client looking for a HR Advisor to provide mat-leave cover and manage HR services for UK & Switzerland offices.
You will have sole management of the Switzerland office and share responsibility for UK office with 2 other colleagues.
This role offers 2 days in office and flexible working hours (7.5hrs per day).
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibility for management of HR services (UK & Switzerland)
Payroll and benefits administration for employees & expats
Advising managers, and employees discussing a variety of HR topics including absences, benefits, local legislation, performance management etc.
Take initiative to improve the service level of the HR Core team
Remain alert on local legislation to ensure compliance and updating HR policies appropriately
Develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships; managers, employees and external vendors/suppliers
High level of administration and processing activities surrounding onboarding & offboarding, payroll & taxation
Key Requirements:
Min. 5 years in a HR role, utilising employment law & regulations
Min. 5 years working in Payroll for UK & Switzerland
Experienced in processing insurance & existing company benefits
Strong understanding of ACAS Code of Conduct
Experienced in using of Workday SAP system
Integrity, confidentiality and discretion are essential
Desirable:
Broader EMEA HR / Payroll experience
Level 3 CIPD qualified or above
Additional language either: French, German, Dutch
