Key fintech client looking for a HR Advisor to provide mat-leave cover and manage HR services for UK & Switzerland offices. 



You will have sole management of the Switzerland office and share responsibility for UK office with 2 other colleagues. 



This role offers 2 days in office and flexible working hours (7.5hrs per day). 





Job Responsibilities: 





  • Responsibility for management of HR services (UK & Switzerland) 







  • Payroll and benefits administration for employees & expats 







  • Advising managers, and employees discussing a variety of HR topics including absences, benefits, local legislation, performance management etc. 







  • Take initiative to improve the service level of the HR Core team  







  • Remain alert on local legislation to ensure compliance and updating HR policies appropriately 







  • Develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships; managers, employees and external vendors/suppliers  







  • High level of administration and processing activities surrounding onboarding & offboarding, payroll & taxation 







Key Requirements: 





  • Min. 5 years in a HR role, utilising employment law & regulations 







  • Min. 5 years working in Payroll for UK & Switzerland 







  • Experienced in processing insurance & existing company benefits 







  • Strong understanding of ACAS Code of Conduct 







  • Experienced in using of Workday SAP system 







  • Integrity, confidentiality and discretion are essential 







Desirable:  





  • Broader EMEA HR / Payroll experience 







  • Level 3 CIPD qualified or above 







  • Additional language either: French, German, Dutch
