Detailed Description From Employer:

HR Consultant - Employee Relations - 6 month contract - £350 per day

A global business based in Surrey are looking for an experienced HR Specialist or HR Consultant that has experience working across ER, restructure and redundancy programmes and consultations to join their HR team on a 6 month contract.

Please note - this contract will be inside IR35, will offer hybrid working (3 days per week in the office and 2 at home in their Surrey office) and will be for an initial 6 month period.

To be suitable for this HR Consultant role you will be a proven HR Generalist with an employee relations background and an up to date knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD qualification or employment law qualification is desirable.

This contract will focus on working with the wider HR team to deliver a large-scale restructure across various teams so proven experience across consultation, TUPE and redundancy programmes is essential.

The rate on offer for this contract is £300 - £350 p/d depending on experience.
