Summary: The role of Hybrid Interim HR Consultant involves leading change management initiatives and providing expert guidance on employee relations matters. The consultant will design and execute change programs, ensuring effective communication and compliance with legal standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute change programmes, ensuring clear communication and risk management.
- Provide expert guidance on redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures.
- Develop change management strategies to support colleagues through transitions.
- Advise on employee relations, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
- Represent ER during collective consultations and maintain relationships with representatives.
- Build leader capability through training on managing change and employee relations.
- Manage employee relations cases arising from change programmes.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions for employee relations.
- Simplify processes and continuously improve policies and practices.
- Provide insights to support targeted HR interventions.
- Ensure transformation aligns with our values and legal requirements.
