Key Responsibilities:
- Advise & Support managers and employees on complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
- Manage & Deliver multiple cases efficiently, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and CGI policies.
- Partner & Collaborate with HR leadership and Business Partners to deliver key HR projects and process improvements.
- Contribute & Develop HR capability by sharing expertise and supporting peer learning across the team.
- Improve & Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practice and organisational goals.

Your future duties and responsibilities In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting managers and employees on a broad range of Employee Relations matters, from disciplinary and grievance cases to performance management and workplace investigations. You will apply sound judgment and commercial awareness to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, you’ll also contribute to projects that enhance our HR frameworks and strengthen the overall employee experience at CGI. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong HR generalist experience with a particular focus on Employee Relations. You’ll have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, apply sound judgment in complex situations, and deliver pragmatic solutions that balance employee well-being with business priorities. Essential qualifications:
