Summary: This role is for an HR Co-ordinator within a dynamic consumer organization experiencing growth and transformation. The position involves supporting HR and Talent Acquisition functions, providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability for a 4-month contract is required.

About the Opportunity; My client, a fast paced, exciting consumer organisation are looking to recruit a confident, organised, and people-focused individual to join their HR team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Following a recent business expansion, they are looking for a temporary co-ordinator who can hit the ground running to support our HR and Talent Acquisition functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

The Role; You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their HR and recruitment activities, including:

  • Recruitment Support : Coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding : Helping to deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new starters, including document preparation, system setup, and welcome communications.
  • HRIS Administration : Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting data entry and reporting within our HR systems.
  • Project Support : Assisting with various HR and recruitment projects linked to our expansion, including international coordination.
  • General HR Admin : Providing high-quality administrative support across the team, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in everything you do.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • A confident communicator – happy to pick up the phone and build relationships
  • Proactive and self-motivated , with a strong sense of initiative
