Summary: The role of Interim HR Project Manager involves leading a critical phase of HR transformation by designing and implementing a new HR Target Operating Model. The position requires collaboration with HR leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective redeployment and change management. This is a 6-month contract based in a hybrid working environment in London, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of an effective HR Target Operating Model
  • Supporting role and team redesign, with a clear redeployment strategy
  • Managing timelines, interdependencies, and risks across the programme
  • Assisting with stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities
  • Collaborating with internal HR, Finance and Change/Transformation teams

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR transformation projects, particularly Target Operating Model (TOM) design
  • Experience in redeployment and organisational change
  • Project or programme management experience in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in hybrid environments, ideally with some on-site presence in London
