Summary: The People Change Manager role is a fixed-term contract for 10-12 months, focused on leading transformation initiatives within a large, multi-site organization. The position emphasizes effective communication and employee engagement during significant changes, including the implementation of a new till system. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders to drive engagement strategies and minimize resistance to change. This hybrid role allows for primarily remote work with occasional travel to the office in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change management strategies tailored to specific projects and organisational goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects on processes, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring buy-in and clear communication.
  • Develop communication plans and materials to inform employees about change initiatives.
  • Organise and deliver training sessions to ensure employees are prepared for new processes, tools, and systems.
  • Identify risks and resistance points related to change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Define success criteria and track progress against change adoption goals.
  • Work closely with project managers, the People Team, and leadership to align change strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and lead execution of key change initiatives, communications, or training required to deliver change into the business.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in change management, organisational development, or people transformation.
  • A strong background in communications and employee engagement.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working within multi-site, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex change initiatives and influence key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary (Rate): 85000
