Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on restructuring and organisational change programmes
  • Partner with leaders to influence people decisions and deliver high-impact HR initiatives

  • Provide expert HR and change management advice, including role and structure design
  • Use data insights and people analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Coach leaders on change resilience and people management
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and policy changes
  • Promote and embed Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the organisation
  • Contribute to safeguarding by ensuring people processes protect vulnerable groups

Key Skills:

  • Evidence you have led on restructuring or organisational change
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience delivering change programmes across multi-site or complex settings
  • Strong workforce planning and organisational design capability
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and risk management
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate change clearly
  • A proactive, practical HR style with a focus on delivering real outcomes

Detailed Description From Employer:

Our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation, are looking to appoint a HR Change Manager on a 6 month FTC paying £46,960 (pro rata). This role will support the People function by driving organisational change, supporting people projects, and partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and embedding transformation while ensuring HR services are aligned to organisational priorities.

Contract & Logistics:

  • 6 month FTC (pro rata salary)
  • Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on site in South West Birmingham
