Summary: The HR Business Support Officer role is a part-time, temporary position focused on assisting the Director of Workforce & Change and Head of HR in achieving strategic HR priorities and budget monitoring. The position requires strong analytical skills to prepare and present financial reports, as well as effective communication to resolve operational issues. The role is based in Bristol and offers 30 hours of work per week until the end of June. Candidates are encouraged to apply early due to ongoing interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, monitoring and analysing a range of financial information for HR budgets before the required financial deadlines.
- Prepare and present financial management reports to stakeholders.
- Assess and resolve operational procedures both verbally and through written correspondence.
- Resolve complex logistical problems and deliver a range of outcomes.
- Being the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders across the business.
