• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure business engagement with HR delivery meets business needs.
• Plan BAU and cyclical activities into People Strategy workstream project timelines and delivery.
• Work with Change and Comms lead to develop effective communication and engagement plans for strategy deliverables.
