Key Responsibilities:
- Shape, feedback, and support delivery of BAU initiatives and people strategy deliverables across various CoE specialisms.
- Review and shape proposed strategy deliverables to prioritize colleague and business stakeholder experience.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure business engagement with HR delivery meets business needs.
- Plan BAU and cyclical activities into People Strategy workstream project timelines and delivery.
- Work with Change and Comms lead to develop effective communication and engagement plans for strategy deliverables.
